When you build alone you get one advantage nobody on a team has: there is no meeting between the idea and the commit. That speed is only useful if you are ruthless about scope. Every feature I ship for a client now has to survive one question — does this move the number the client actually cares about?

The second thing solo work teaches you is that infrastructure is a tax you pay once and forget. Set up the boring parts properly: auth, row level security, error reporting, deploy previews. Then never think about them again.
